meditation taichi tcm consultation customer review

"I had a truly wonderful first experience with Chinese medicine, all thanks to Catherine. I struggled with low energy, fatigue, immunity issues and breathing difficulties. After 1 session, I left feeling incredibly refreshed and rejuvenated. Her expertise and compassionate approach made me feel comfortable from the moment I walked in. I can't recommend her highly enough."

What is TCM

Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) looks beyond your symptoms to understand your overall health. It includes treatments such as acupuncture, Chinese herbal medicine, Tuina massage, cupping and moxibustion, which can be used alone or together depending on your needs.

Practitioners traditionally look for patterns of imbalance using your symptoms, health history and methods such as tongue and pulse assessment.
