meditation taichi cupping therapy customer review

"I struggled for years with insomnia and painful periods, sometimes so bad I ended up in A&E. I had cupping therapy and moxibustion a few days before my period and for the first time I didn't have to take paracetamol to ease my cramps!"

— Lyra, a beloved customer

What Is Cupping Therapy

Cupping therapy is a traditional Chinese medicine treatment that uses controlled suction to gently lift the skin and underlying tissues. Your practitioner places cups over specific areas of the body, creating a pulling sensation as the cups draw the skin upwards. We adjust the intensity, placement and duration according to the area being treated and your comfort.

What Can It Help With

Pain & Muscle Tension

Back pain · Neck and shoulder tension · Muscle tightness

Recovery & Inflammation

Post-exercise recovery · Inflammation ·  General relaxation

Movement & Circulation

Stiffness · Restricted movement · Circulation

Ideal for: People with persistent muscle tension, back or shoulder discomfort, desk-based or physically demanding work, athletes and performers, and anyone looking for a targeted TCM treatment for muscular tension.

What to Expect

  1. Choose the Treatment Areas

Your practitioner will briefly check your symptoms and identify the areas where cupping may be most useful.

  1. During Cupping

Cups are placed and adjusted according to your needs. You may feel a pulling sensation, but it should not be painful.

  1. After Your Treatment

Circular red or purple marks are normal and usually fade over several days.
