What Is Cupping Therapy
Cupping therapy is a traditional Chinese medicine treatment that uses controlled suction to gently lift the skin and underlying tissues. Your practitioner places cups over specific areas of the body, creating a pulling sensation as the cups draw the skin upwards. We adjust the intensity, placement and duration according to the area being treated and your comfort.
What Can It Help With
Pain & Muscle Tension
Back pain · Neck and shoulder tension · Muscle tightness
Recovery & Inflammation
Post-exercise recovery · Inflammation · General relaxation
Movement & Circulation
Stiffness · Restricted movement · Circulation
Ideal for: People with persistent muscle tension, back or shoulder discomfort, desk-based or physically demanding work, athletes and performers, and anyone looking for a targeted TCM treatment for muscular tension.
