meditation taichi deep tissue massage customer review

"I had an acupuncture and deep tissue massage to help with sciatica nerve discomfort. And let me tell you, this was the best deep tissue massage I’ve ever had! I wish I lived in London otherwise I’d be coming back all the time."

How Deep Tissue Massage Works

Slow, firm pressure and focused strokes work into deeper layers of muscle and connective tissue. The aim is to release stubborn knots and tension, improve movement and help overloaded muscles recover.

This therapeutic technique is often used to treat musculoskeletal issues such as strains, postural tension, and sports injuries. It’s dynamic and restorative, yet profoundly calming.

What It May Help With

Chronic Tension

Neck · Shoulders · Back · Knots · Tight muscles

Pain & Mobility

Stiffness · Restricted movement · Repetitive strain · Fibromyalgia

Sports & Recovery

Muscle recovery · Sports injuries · Training soreness · Overuse

What to Expect

  1. Focus on Problem Areas

We give extra attention to the areas causing pain, stiffness or stubborn tension.

  1. Deep, Gradual Pressure

We work slowly into knots and deeper muscle tension, adapting the pressure and techniques to your body.

  1. Intense, Not Excessive

Deep tissue can feel intense around tight muscles, but it shouldn't be something you simply have to endure. Tell us how it feels and we'll adjust.
