meditation taichi lymphatic drainage massage customer review

"After night shifts I often feel heavy and bloated. I came here for 1 session of lymph drainage massage, and I immediately felt lighter. My whole body was warm and energised. You can really feel the difference."

What Is Lymphatic Drainage Massage

Lymphatic drainage massage is a gentle treatment using slow, rhythmic movements to encourage lymph fluid to move through the body. Unlike deep tissue or therapeutic massage, it works with the lymphatic system rather than applying firm pressure to the muscles.

What Can It Help With

Swelling & Fluid Retention

Puffiness · Water retention · Heavy legs

Recovery

Post-surgery recovery · Swelling & bruising · Healing support

Beauty & Body Sculpting

Circulation · Body contouring · Reduce puffiness · Define & tone

Ideal for: People looking to reduce puffiness or feel lighter, those who spend long hours sitting or standing, people with ongoing swelling, and those recovering from surgery or cancer treatment.

Why Add Traditional Chinese Medicine

Our practitioners combine manual lymphatic drainage with selected TCM techniques, such as acupressure and meridian therapy. This gives us a broader understanding of your body's natural balance and recovery, allowing us to personalise the treatment around your needs.

In Traditional Chinese Medicine, the spleen, liver and kidneys are traditionally associated with fluid balance. Your practitioner may work with relevant points and meridians as part of your personalised treatment.

What to Expect

  1. Check Swelling & Recovery

We'll briefly check any swelling, relevant health information and recent surgery before adapting the treatment to you.

  1. Gentle, Rhythmic Drainage

Your practitioner uses slow, rhythmic techniques designed to encourage lymphatic flow without deep pressure.

  1. After Your Treatment

Many people leave feeling lighter, less puffy and more relaxed.
