Our studio owner, Catherine, has spent decades studying Traditional Chinese Medicine, practicing rehabilitation techniques. Since coming to London from her hometown China, she has guided over 2,000 guests to experience profound healing. Catherine's specialises in pain relief and improving chronic, complex health conditions.
Our lead practitioner, Dr Lucy Zhao, has been a clinical doctor for 20 years in the UK. She is trusted for her knowledge in fertility and women’s health, including gynaecological issues and fibroids. She also helps with digestive problems, emotional wellbeing, post-chemotherapy support, skin health, and cosmetic acupuncture.
Our massage therapists are certified by ITEC and VTCT Level 3 in Massage. They are skilled at giving personalized massages that relax and restore, based on your needs.

We provide free 30-minute massage sessions for 100 people experiencing pain. May all beings be free from suffering. Since 2023, we run this charity each year.
